SUPPLIES

I am using a beautiful scrap kit from Bluedream Designs called 'Snow Thyme'.  You can find her blog here.  The tube I am using is a PINUP Toon that I purchased at CILM.  Unfortunately CILM is closing however you can check the original site to see if anything changes.  They are here.  I used the same drop shadow throughout the tag:  3, 3, 45, 4 with color #72819B.

Plugin I used was VanDerLee Snowflakes.

Ok, let's get started.  I am assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP but this is a pretty easy tut.  Please save your work often.

Start by opening a 700 x 700 image.  You can resize when you are done.  Open the scrap kit and select the Wreath.  Next take your Selection tool using the circle and draw a portion just about in the middle of the wreath.  Then select a paper from the kit and paste to your working copy.  I used paper #8.  Go to Selections and click on Invert.  Then go to Selections again and select none.  You want to move this layer under the wreath.

Now take your tube and paste on top of the paper and underneath the wreath.  Erase any part of the tube that is showing below the wreath.  Duplicate your tube and move the duplicate to the top.

You can now add your elements.  I took Branches and pasted it to the left side of the wreath and underneath the tube.  Then duplicate the branches.  I then went to Images and rotated the duplicated branches to the right by 35.  I then took the Charm, resized it, and placed it to the right of the wreath and towards the top.  Then take a bow (I used bow 3) and resize.  Paste this on top of the charm.

Next take the Snowflake Sticker and resize it.  Paste this to the bottom of your tube and to the left a bit.  Duplicate the sticker and mirror it.  Then I took word art 2 and resize it.  Paste this to the top left of your tag.

Add your copyright info and watermark.  If you do not want to animate you can add your name and save as a .png.

ANIMATION

Go to the bottom layer and duplicate this so you have three layers.  Put a red x beside the two copies and highlight the original.  Apply VanDerLee Snowflakes with the following settings:

No you are not seeing things lol.  I decided to use the same tag I used for another tut.

Hit ok and go back to your working copy.  Put a red x beside the original copy and remove the red x from the second copy.  Making sure you have the second copy highlighted, apply snowflakes again but move the Random Seed by 10.  Repeat this for the third copy.

Now place a red x beside the third copy and remove the red x from the original copy.  Place a red x beside all the other layers.  Making sure the first layer is highlighted take this into Animation Shop.  Go back to PSP and place a red x beside the original copy.  Remove the red x from the second copy and highlight the second copy.  Take the second copy into Animation Shop.  Repeat these steps for the third copy.

In AS go to Edit and Select All.  You can now check your animation.  I slowed the snowflakes down by going to Frame Properties and changing the number to 20.

If you are happy you can add your name and save your work.

Thank you for trying my tutorial.
