Supplies

I am using the beautiful art work of Don Seegmiller.  You can find him
here.  The scrap kit I am using is from Blue Designs and you can find it here.  The word art is from WeeScottLass and you can find ithere.  The mask I am using (#73) is from WeeScottLass here.  The bling you can get from mehere.  The font is called ILS Script that you can find at daFont.com.

Ok let's get started.  Save often so you don't get disappointed.  I am assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Open a new image 700 x 700.  Floodfill with white.  Grab a paper of choice.  I used paper #2.  Copy & paste to your working copy.  Apply your mask and hit the delete key.  Then take Frame 1 from the kit, resize and paste to your working copy.  Take your Magic wand and click inside the frame.  Go to Selections>Modify>Expand and expand by 3.  Then choose another paper from the kit.  I used paper #5.  Paste to your working tag and go to Selections>Invert then hit the delete key.  Move this layer below the frame.

Now you can paste your tube.  Some have asked if they need a special tube for breast cancer tags.  No you don't.  It really is up to you.  The tube I used I felt showed a woman in the middle of examining herself which is what we all should be doing.  Ok enough preaching from me lol.

Now you can add your elements.  As always you can do your own thing or follow what I did.  Take charm1, resize it and paste to your working copy on the upper right side of the frame.  Add a light drop shadow.  Then take bow2 and paste to your working copy.  Place it just above the charm and add a light drop shadow.  Next take flower1 and resize.  Place it on your tag and using the deform tool move it around so it is sitting on the right side of the frame and towards the bottom.  Now you can add your word art which I placed in the middle of the frame with a light drop shadow.

Add your copyright info and if you are not animating you can add your name, save as a .gif and you are done.

ANIMATION

In PSP go to Edit>Copy Merged.  Take this to AS.  Now the bling has three frames so you need to duplicate your tag so it has three frames.  Then go to Edit>Select All.  Now grab the bling and select all with it.  Copy this.  I should just mention here that I resized the bling as I thought it was too big.  Paste the bling to your tag.

You can now add your name and save your work.  All done.

Thank you for trying my tutorial.
